Project Description:
Our client is the owner of a large light industrial unit in Haringey which sits alongside a larger site with live-work permissions. We worked closely with the neighbouring sites to achieve a residential led mixed-use scheme over both sites. A plan for the construction of 36 new build residential flats has been submitted. Planning application required extensive review of surrounding sites and preparation of a local master plan.
