Project Description:
One of our smaller projects, Bricklane, involves the redevelopment of a commercial property with extensions made to the two large flats above creating six flats in total. Revised plans for the project are currently in the creation stages. Planning permission for extra floor was refused and appeal rejected. Client maintaining site as is due to high level of rents.
