UKs Estates was established in 2014 to assist property developers at every stage of the development process. With our in-depth knowledge and experience of both the micro and the macro aspects of property investment and development, we are well-positioned to manage all stages of your development process from pre-purchase, through to completion. The many stages of a property development journey can be long and complex which makes input from professionals and consultants integral to your success. UKs Estates are your Project Managers and Construction Consultants. Meet Our Founder
Uri Kaplan Bsc(Hons)
Real Estate Management
In 2002 enrolled into the College of Estate Management in Reading, UK. Graduated with a Bsc (Hons) in Real Estate Management (2006.)
In 2008 until 2016 assumed a management position at The Bellview Group – a company specialising in the investment and development of UK-wide projects.
In 2014 established UKs Estates, with a goal to manage developments for clients with a range of services to assist them at each stage of their development process.
