In phase I of Breams Building in Holborn, our client was granted permission to build 9 luxury flats by digging up the basement, vaults, rear extension and adding two extra floors. In phase II, a second application was submitted to add an extra floor and to create nine units. All permissions have now been received and construction is set to begin.
